Once you’ve applied, we’ll contact you if there’s a match. Next, we’ll send you a form to submit a brief audition video. This allows us to get a sense of your teaching style and subject matter expertise. Don't worry about the technical setup; we're looking for your ability to engage and instruct more than your video production skills. A dedicated INE team member will guide you through this process, ensuring you have all the support you need.
What's the timeline for creating course content?
The timeline for developing a course can vary based on the course's complexity and your availability. We strive to make the process as flexible as possible, providing support and guidance tailored to your schedule. Generally, the creation of a course involves planning, production, and review phases, each with its own timeline. As you grow with INE, you'll find the course development process becoming more streamlined and efficient.
How are INE instructors compensated?
Currently, INE instructors enjoy competitive compensation via our milestone based contracts. We believe in rewarding our instructors fairly for their contributions to our learning community.

Aside from courses, INE offers a range of content formats including interactive labs and assessments. Depending on your expertise and interests, you may choose to contribute to one or multiple content types. Each format offers a unique way to engage learners and provide practical, hands-on experience.
